PET-AID provides veterinary healthcare and pet wellness services including consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, vaccinations, imaging, laboratory testing, laser therapy, dental care, and holistic pet treatments.

Our clinics are designed to provide modern, hygienic, and stress-free care focused on your pet’s comfort and recovery.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By using PET-AID services, website, forms, or communication channels, you confirm that:

5. Pet Owner Responsibilities

Pet owners are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical history and information
  • Following prescribed treatment plans and medication instructions
  • Ensuring pets are properly restrained when visiting the clinic
  • Informing the clinic about aggressive behaviour or infectious conditions

PET-AID is not responsible for complications caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by pet owners.


6. Payments & Billing

6.1 Service Charges

Fees for consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, treatments, and products must be paid as per clinic billing policies.

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Online payment methods

6.3 Refund Policy

Consultation fees and completed medical services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.

Refunds for cancelled appointments or unused services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
